"Disappointing experience at this spa! I booked a massage and facial treatment, but the therapist seemed rushed and didn't pay attention to my specific needs. The massage was too rough and the facial left my skin feeling dry and irritated. The facilities were also not as clean as I expected. For the price, I expected a much more relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but I wouldn't recommend this spa to others. 2/5 stars. Tip: Make sure to communicate clearly with your therapist and ask for adjustments if needed."

I’m visiting from the UK and have had massages done from many different places in the world but the massage therapist Kaila at Elegance Spa is one of the best. I throughly enjoyed my aroma massage thanks to her. I booked a 60 minutes session but somehow, it felt like it lasted 6 hours but also felt like it was done within minutes. That’s the power of a good massage! Definitely coming back again
