You must be at least 16 years old to access all treatments available at the Elegance Spa. For selected treatments, children under 16 are allowed with parental supervision. Most of the treatments we have here involve specialized techniques, equipment, heat, or products that may not be suitable for children. So, that’s why there is an age restriction for children in the Elegance Spa. In this way, it ensures a safe, comfortable, and peaceful spa environment for all. 

The easiest way to ensure treatments at your preferred time and day is to make a booking. Although walk-in bookings are possible, they are subject to the day’s availability. The working time of the Elegance Spa is from 09:00 am to 11:00 pm. We recommend booking your session in advance to enjoy the best full-body massages in Sharjah, rather than walk-ins. Also, try to arrive 10 minutes before your time to avoid a reduction in your service time. There will be no time extension if you arrive late. It is to ensure that there is no delay in the scheduled appointments.

It is essential to inform Spa Supervisor or Spa Manager about the guest medical conditions before treatment begins. It doesn’t matter whether you have any health conditions, allergies, medications, or injuries; you must inform us about that during your reservation time, so that our supervisor or Specialist can suggest the best and suitable treatments for you based on your medical conditions.
