Step 1: Arrive Early and Set Your Intention (Morning Preparation) 

You need to arrive at the spa at least 10 or 15 minutes before your scheduled time. This time will help you get attached to our spa environment and prepare for the therapy.

It is important to stay hydrated, so drink plenty of water in the morning. This will also help your body get prepared for the treatments. Also, avoid heavy meals one or two hours before the treatment; you can eat something light. Another important thing to do is to put your devices on silent mode, because a spa day means a screen-free day. You can wear whatever cloth that feels comfortable and easy to change. In addition,  you must inform our spa supervisor or manager about your medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before the treatment begins.

The traditional Moroccan Bath is one of the ancient rituals, and a perfect therapy for deep cleansing. The Moroccan Bath begins with a steam session that helps to open the pores and soften the skin. Then, it is important to clean and prepare the skin, for that a traditional black soap, also known as a beldi soap, is used. This soap is enriched with olive oils and eucalyptus. To remove the layers of dead skin cells, our therapists use a Kessa glow, which helps for a smoother and deeper cleansing.
